Got a 2022 JL Wrangler with the Sky One Touch power top and I'm curious if anyone had luck using an automatic car wash with it? is it safe or better to stick with hand washing. Appreciate any tips!

Most would probably say no lol. In my case though, i really haven't had any problems with the One Touch roof and car washes. I usually go through a wash 2-3 times a month and try to stick with "No Touch" or "Touchless" options whenever possible.

Running a Sky One Touch through an automatic car wash is just asking for leaks or damage. Jeep even warns against it, so stick to hand washing if you want that top to last

if you really wanna be extra safe, well, hand washing is always going to be your best bet for a vehicle with a specialized top like the Sky One Touch. It gives you full control over the pressure and ensures you're gentle on the fabric and seals
but, I honestly never had any problem with an automatic car wash. If you do go through an automatic wash, most people with the Sky One Touch top (or any soft top/convertible) will strongly recommend a touchless car wash. The high-pressure water and detergents are still a lot, but you avoid the physical brushes and cloths that can potentially snag, scratch, or put undue stress on the fabric, seals, or even the side mirrors
